A new fractional skin applicator has been approved by the FDA, which is called the 3DEEP RF Fractional Skin Resurfacing Applicator. This new fractional skin resurfacing device is made by the medical equipment company called EndyMed Medical Ltd.
How does 3deep fractional skin applicator work
This new skin treatment makes uses of radio frequency technology as the basis of which to conduct the heating of the skin so that new collagen growth can be encouraged. The key difference between other fractional lasers such as fraxel laser and 3Deep fractional laser is the combining the treatment of multiple skin areas with deep dermal heating. Using such an approach yields the benefit of treating all levels of skins with just a single treatment. Another benefit is that the device is not light dependent since it is based on radio frequency technology, which means that the color of the skin will not affect the outcome of the treatment.
